1 lb ground ham
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown Sugar Glaze
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ vinegar
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350º F
Mix all ingredients well and mold into individual mini loaves (⅓ to ½ cup measure each)
Place loaves on parchment covered baking sheet
Bake covered with foil, 30 minutes in 350º F oven
Uncover and baste with brown sugar glaze, bake uncovered for an additional 20 - 30 minutes or until Internal temp reaches 165º F
Tips
Leftover ham loaves are great for sandwiches too, so yummy.
