  • 1 lb ground pork

  • 1 lb ground ham

  • 2 cups Panko bread crumbs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Brown Sugar Glaze
  • ¾ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ vinegar

  • ¼ cup water

  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350º F

  2. Mix all ingredients well and mold into individual mini loaves (⅓ to ½ cup measure each)

  3. Place loaves on parchment covered baking sheet

  4. Bake covered with foil, 30 minutes in 350º F oven

  5. Uncover and baste with brown sugar glaze, bake uncovered for an additional 20 - 30 minutes or until Internal temp reaches 165º F

Tips
  • Leftover ham loaves are great for sandwiches too, so yummy.
